Very good

Style, room was very klean and hotel location was good. Beach, shopping street, subway station near. Stuff very frendly.

It was no smoking room, but on sophas textile was little damage what was from smoking.

Great hotel in Haeundae

The staff are very nice. They gave me warm greetings whenever I left or came back the hotel. The manager (I supposed he is ) with glasses could speak English and is very helpful. I have been upgraded. Room is clean and spacious. I love the light control panel which near the bed. I could switch off all the lights in one-stop. Location is great. It's only few minutes walk from station and the beach.

Nice hotel in the heart of Haeundae beach.

Nice hotel in the heart of Haeundae beach. Located less than 5 min walking to the main street. Room is big and clean, with very nice bathtub! Good value for the price we payed. They speak good English.

What was the highlight of SC Helsinki Hotel

Mediocre

The facilities were nice and the room was great. The bed was super comfortable and it’s close to the main road with all the pubs and restaurants.

They are pretty much a new hotel but the shower stall wasn’t properly cleaned and one of the female staff got snippy when I asked for an extra bed. I paid for three people in a room and assumed we would get a roll in bed but it was just blankets to sleep on the floor.

Exceptional staff made our stay very pleasurable.

The staff members were extremely kind and helpful and made the stay in Busan exceptional.

Unfortunately the restaurant was undergoing renovation, so we had to go out for breakfast.

A good and pleasant stay at a very accessible and convenient location if intending to tour around 해운

I liked the modern facilities and the design of the room. Cleaning service was also acceptable and of good standard.

If there were a bit more clothing hangers, that would have been great :)

What was the highlight of SC Helsinki Hotel

Fantastic Hotel, Perfect Location

The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly. Free parking was great. I loved the open plan bathroom for the sink and bath - toilet and shower have doors. Room was spacious and everything felt clean and modern. In Korea I sometimes worry that I will book a hotel that has more of a 'motel' feel, but SC Helsinki was like a real hotel for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Fish restaurant, 'Godeungeo Sarang' around the corner was delicious!

I had read previously that the hotel did not supply much hanging space however I would have preferred to hang up more of my items (only one hanger is given).

I really liked the bathroom.

I really liked the bathroom. Rain shower head as well as a separate bath. The bed was comfy too.

Location wasn't great in the sense that the area is just alleys and alleys filled w motels and hotels. But it's very close to the beach and subway station.

What was the highlight of SC Helsinki Hotel

Super clean and comfy with kind staff

They served sandwich and coffee/juice as breakfast. I was allowed to take food up to my room and have it there. It was delicious, and the staff was very nice. Also, this place could work as a romantic stay since there was a nice bathtub in our room.

I think I would have liked it even better if the toilet wall wasn't glass and see-through. My boyfriend and I both thought that a little more privacy would be nice.
